    Description

    We are hiring IT - Cyber Security for Satin Credit Care Network Limited. (Gurgaon)

    Location : Gurgaon

    Experience : 3-4 years

    Job Functions :

    - Serve as project manager/lead within IT security projects

    - Collaborate with multiple IT teams utilizing the framework of Identify, Protect, Detect, Respond, Recover.

    - Primarily responsible for directing security event monitoring, management and response including cyber intelligence

    - Ensuring incident identification, assessment, quantification, reporting, communication, mitigation, and monitoring

    - Ensuring compliance to policy, process, and procedure adherence and process improvements to achieve operational objectives

    - Revising and develop processes to strengthen the current Security Operations Framework, review policies and highlight the challenges in managing SLAs

    - Ensuring threat management, threat modelling, identify threat vectors and develop use cases for security monitoring

    - Hands on working experience & knowledge of ISO 27001 : 2022.

    - Hands-on experience of Risk Assessment (risk identification/risk analysis/risk evaluation).

    - Plan and coordinate BCP and DR tests/ Vulnerability Assessments/Penetration Testing.

    - Lead Information Security Trainings for organization

    - Conduct periodic information security review meetings.

    - Evaluate and recommend new and emerging security products and technologies.

    Education :

    - Education (will be an added advantage) :

    - ISO 27001 : 2022/CISA/Security+/CEH/CISSP/Cloud Security

    Experience (and other qualifications) :

    - 3-4 years IT security or information security experience with a proven ability to engage with Management and other stakeholders

    - 3+ in managing Service Provider to ensure that SLAs are met

    - 3+ years' experience in administering IT security controls in an organization

    - Knowledge of AWS Cloud Security

    - Knowledge of at least one Information Security Framework (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST 800)

    - Proven knowledge of SIEM Systems and monitoring solutions

    - Solid understanding of Vulnerability Management related processes and tools

    - Knowledge about Microsoft 365, AZURE-Active Directory, and the integrated security features

    - Knowledge of cybersecurity trends and hacking techniques

    - Knowledge of Firewall and Network security concepts

    - Knowledge in Incident Management and forensic analysis

    The company also offers a bouquet of financial products in the Non-MFI segment (comprising loans to MSMEs), and business correspondent services & similar services to other financial Institutions through TSL, a business correspondent company and a 91.11 % subsidiary of SCNL. SCNL has around 900+ branches covering 21 states and union territories with 2.6 million clients. While TSL (a subsidiary of SCNL) has 170+ branches covering 8 states.
