    Are you ready to step into the dynamic role of Head of Reporting? In this position, you'll oversee multi-currency, multi-GAAP consolidation, monthly close processes, global statutory reporting, and audits. Heading a team of three skilled accountants, you'll ensure top-tier financial reporting. Collaboration with key stakeholders and effective team leadership are essential for navigating complex financial landscapes.

    What you will be doing:
  • Monitor monthly reporting close process and preparation of consolidated reporting package in line with published target dates
  • Complete all statutory audits and filing of entity accounts in line with statutory targets
  • Manage relationship with Group and local audit firms and other advisors.
  • Monitor and report compliance with lending covenants and information requirements across the group.
  • Own group IFRS and local GAAP compliance, guiding the global revenue and cost controllers on issues and policy changes, monitoring changes in accounting and financial reporting rules, and producing technical position papers.
  • Support the FP&A, Finance Business Partner and Sales teams in understanding consolidation reports, IFRS and other technical aspects of accounting as required.
    • What we are looking for from you:

    Essential:
  • Qualified CA with significant technical experience in a group reporting team
  • Handling a group reporting pack and a month end timetable
  • Heading an intricate multi-gaap/entity /currency consolidation in a finance system
  • Experience overseeing consolidation adjustments and acquisition accounting
    • Desirable:
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Exceptional stakeholder management
  • Strong organisational and planning experience
