    Job Description :

    Primary Objective's :


    We are looking for talented Business Analysts with a passion for excellence in user experience to join our team working on some of the best Video on.

    Demand and live streaming solutions in Australia. We require someone with a keen eye for detail, technical curiosity, and excellent communication skills.


    Accountabilities & Responsibilities :

    • Independently, gather, analyse, document, review and track requirements and user stories.
    • Undertake gap analysis and maintain a gap list.
    • Write, review and maintain technical and functional documentation.
    • Write and review product change specifications.
    • Develop, review and document business processes.
    • Facilitate and document business process reviews.
    • Build and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders.
    • Effectively communicate with business and technical stakeholders.
    • Act as liaison between customer/business and technical teams.
    • Present proposed solutions internally and externally when required.
    • Support the Quality Assurance team to ensure high quality of deliveries.
    • Be actively involved in presales activities when required.

    Key competencies / attributes required :

    • Having the Experince with OTT Platform.
    • Demonstrate strong knowledge of the SDLC with good understanding of application development, systems and design as well as business analysis methodologies.
    • Ability to multitask and effectively manage time and stress levels.
    • Advanced level skills in MS Office.
    • Be flexible, proactive, solution oriented and have strong relationship.

    Qualifications :

    • Tertiary qualification in IT or Computer Science.
    • Experience Essential
    • Experience in a similar BA role in software development or IT consulting. environment.
