    Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the alignment of models with business objectives.

    5. Data Visualization:

    Present insights to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner.

    6. Collaboration:

    Work closely with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, business analysts, and domain experts.

    Provide mentorship and guidance to junior members of the data science team.

    Requirements:

    1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.

    2. 4-8 years of experience in a data science role, with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions.

    3. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.

    4. Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and data manipulation.

    5. Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

    6. Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey complex findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

    7. Proven ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

    8. Familiarity with big data technologies and cloud platforms is a plus.
