    Description

    Responsibilities:

    1. Recruitment and Staffing:
      • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for staff and volunteer positions.
      • Coordinate the hiring process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and candidate selection.
      • Conduct new employee orientations and facilitate onboarding processes.
    2. Employee Relations:
      • Serve as a resource for employees and volunteers, addressing inquiries, concerns, and conflicts in a timely and professional manner.
      • Implement and enforce organizational policies and procedures related to employee conduct, performance, and benefits.
      • Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement and morale.
    3. Training and Development:
      • Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of staff and volunteers.
      • Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and professional development opportunities.
      • Support career development initiatives and succession planning within the organization.
    4. Performance Management:
      • Establish performance management systems to evaluate employee performance and provide constructive feedback.
      • Conduct performance reviews and goal-setting meetings with staff members on a regular basis.
      • Implement performance improvement plans as needed to address performance issues.

This position oversees all aspects of human resources management and ensures compliance with labor laws and organizational policies. The HR Manager is responsible for recruiting, training, and retaining qualified staff and volunteers to achieve the organization's goals.
