    Description

    Responsibilities:

    1. RecruitmentandStaffing:
      • Developand implement recruitment strategies to attract qualifiedcandidates for staff and volunteerpositions.
      • Coordinate the hiringprocess including job postings resume screening interviewing andcandidate selection.
      • Conduct newemployee orientations and facilitate onboardingprocesses.
    2. EmployeeRelations:
      • Serveas a resource for employees and volunteers addressing inquiriesconcerns and conflicts in a timely and professionalmanner.
      • Implement and enforceorganizational policies and procedures related to employee conductperformance and benefits.
      • Foster apositive work environment and promote employee engagement andmorale.
    3. TrainingandDevelopment:
      • Identifytraining needs and develop training programs to enhance the skillsand capabilities of staff andvolunteers.
      • Coordinate trainingsessions workshops and professional developmentopportunities.
      • Support careerdevelopment initiatives and succession planning within theorganization.
    4. PerformanceManagement:
      • Establishperformance management systems to evaluate employee performance andprovide constructivefeedback.
      • Conduct performancereviews and goalsetting meetings with staff members on a regularbasis.
      • Implement performanceimprovement plans as needed to address performanceissues.
