- provide pro-active legal support on all corporate legal matters to Business, and different functions of the Company to help them achieve their objectives.
- assist and support the Country Management Team in all their legal, para legal and compliance related activities.
- be the single point of contact for all the functions regarding their day to day legal, para legal and license and permit issues.
- prepare brief/reports for the Country Management Team and to update the team about the ongoing legal/compliance issues pertaining to his area of responsibility.
- is accountable in ensuring that the day to day legal and compliance activities across all the functions are carried seamlessly.
- prepare, draft for and have Agreement executed with the Vendor, Service Provider engaged by the EHS & HR Team.
- research on applicable regulations and laws. Discover facts of cases when requested.
- and organize evidence and other important papers for lawyers to review.
- sure legal files are organized and up to date in paper and/or electronic format.
- reply to legal notices received from farmers from time to time.
- Affidavits, Power of Attorney, Letter of Authority and other documents required for registration of important documents with the Regulatory Authority
- formal statements/information from parties, witnesses, employees for use in court, preparation of report and specific legal document.
- reports for the lawyer in anticipation of any meeting.
- business clients/employees/external authorities and plan and organize meetings to investigate cases, train employees and keep parties and the lawyer apprised of actions.
- be responsible and accountable for end-to-end management of Contract Life Cycle management tool including uploading contracts, monitoring their expiry, coordinating with user for their renewal etc.
- prepare template-based agreements for all the functions and ensure that they are executed in in collaboration with the user and in accordance with the process laid down by the Company.
- serve as a link between internal and external parties during contract development and other stages.
- be responsible and accountable for the end-to-end management including due diligence, drafting and execution of all short-term trialing Agreements for the trialing activities of R&D, Marketing & Sales, Product Development etc.
- or Bachelor of Law with minimum 0-2 years of experience

- Verbal and Written Communication Skills, Comfortable Handling Workload under Time Constraints & deadlines, Sound Knowledge of Law and Legal System, Familiar with Electronic Document Management and Filing Systems, Research Skills, Interpersonal Skills, High Level of Discretion with Confidential Matters, Detail-Oriented, Computer Skills, Ability to Prioritize, should be team player, highly professional.
