You'll make a difference by:


  • Responsible for endtoend employee data management
  • Experience in different products of employee data management
  • Should have critical thinking and analytical skill.
  • Sort and prioritize daily requests to process and deliver within the SLA.
  • Experience in performing employee related tastings in different testing environments.
  • Experience in Internal audits / Quality process
  • Should be having skills in advanced excel in Data Analysis.
  • Knowledge of handling customer escalations and CAPA
  • Knowledge in advanced Excel and MS access.
  • Payroll & Workday knowledge will be added advantage.

Your success is grounded in:


  • 4yrs to 6 years' Experience in EDM.
  • Experience in different products of employee data management
  • Experience in performing employee related tastings in different testing environments
  • Knowledge in Workday would be an added advantage
  • Experience in internal audits / Quality process
  • Knowledge of handling customer escalations and CAPA
  • Knowledge in Excel & PPT.
