    Description

    Job Description :

    The Application Support Engineer is responsible for providing high-quality technical support for our software products and web applications. This person will also work on other product installation and implementation projects as required.

    Responsibilities :


    • Supporting clients for the installed solutions
    • Taking ownership of technical issues, and working with development team to resolve more advanced issues when necessary
    • Resolving escalated customer complaints without the need for team lead intervention
    • Documenting troubleshooting and problemresolution steps
    • Should have good written and verbal communication skills
    • Participation in providing training to customers as required
    • Data management for web applications
    Requirements :


    • Hands on experience with Ticket / Incident management using JIRA
    • Experience on managing JIRA Admin and JIRA Cloud
    • Experience on deployment of patches on hosted applications
    • Ability to work as L1 and L2 support role
    • Solid skills in database / SQL / MySQL / Oracle
    • Understanding of ERP systems
    • Experience of managing knowledgebase using Confluence or other tools
