    Description

    As a Junior Operations Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the company. You will work closely with senior operations staff to ensure smooth functioning across various departments and processes. This entry-level position offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in operational tasks, develop essential skills, and contribute to the overall efficiency and success of the organization.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide administrative assistance to the operations team.
    • Assist in organizing and maintaining documentation, files, and records.
    • Manage office supplies, equipment inventory and maintain Warehouse.
    • Collaborate with team members to streamline operational processes.
    • Coordinate meetings and appointments, ensuring timely communication and follow-up.
    • Assist in project planning, tracking progress, and meeting deadlines within SLA.

    Education Qualifications & Experience:

    • Degree in B , operations management, or a related field.
    • Prior experience in operations or accounts knowledge is a plus.

    Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

    • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
