    Lead Business Development Analyst

    QpiAI works at the intersection of AI and Quantum Computing, developing groundbreaking solutions to tackle some of the most complex challenges across various industries.     Position Overview:

    As the Lead Business Development Analyst for AI Solutions and Products, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our AI solutions and products in the market. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, fostering strategic partnerships, and developing innovative strategies to expand our customer base and increase revenue.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead Generation: Generate leads through targeted outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events.
    • Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends and customer needs in the AI solutions and products space.
    • Business Strategy: Execute strategic business plans to penetrate new markets, drive sales growth, and achieve revenue targets.
    • Client Engagement: Cultivate strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to understand their business challenges and promote our AI solutions and products as viable solutions.
    • Presentation Development: Collaborate with the product development and marketing teams to create compelling proposals and presentations tailored to the specific needs of prospective clients.
    • Partnership Development: Identify and evaluate potential strategic partnerships and alliances with other companies, technology providers, and industry organizations to enhance our market presence and offerings.
    • Sales and Pre-Sales Support: Provide support by participating in client meetings, delivering product demonstrations, and negotiating contract terms to close deals.
    • Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, market trends, and customer feedback to refine strategies and optimize business development efforts.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
    • Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or pre-sales roles, preferably in the AI or technology industry.
    • Strong understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, computer vision and Gen AI.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to think strategically, analyze complex data, and make data-driven decisions.
    • Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
    • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
    • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant business tools.
