    Position Overview:
    We are seeking an experienced and dynamic GenAI Product Manager to join our team. The AI Product Manager will be responsible for overseeing the development, launch, and continuous improvement of AI-driven products.

    This role requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills to ensure our AI products meet market needs and drive business value.


    Key Responsibilities:

    Product Strategy and Vision:

    • Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for GenAIdriven products.
    • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
    • Develop and maintain a product roadmap aligned with company goals and customer requirements.

    Product Development:

    • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including data scientists, engineers, designers, and marketing, to develop and launch AI products.
    • Define product requirements, create detailed specifications, and prioritize features and enhancements.
    • Oversee the product development lifecycle, from ideation to deployment, ensuring timely delivery and highquality standards.

    Stakeholder Management:

    • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding AI productrelated matters.
    • Communicate product updates, milestones, and performance metrics to senior management and other stakeholders.
    • Gather feedback from customers, sales, and support teams to inform product improvements and iterations.

    Performance and Metrics:

    • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of AI products.
    • Monitor product performance and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
    • Implement strategies to optimize product performance and enhance user experience.

    Market Launch and Promotion:

    • Develop gotomarket strategies for AI products, including pricing, positioning, and marketing plans.
    • Work closely with the marketing team to create compelling product messaging and promotional materials.
    • Support sales teams with product training, demonstrations, and customer engagement activities.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
    • Proven experience (5+ years) as a Product Manager, preferably with a focus on AI or machine learning products.
    • Strong understanding of AI technologies, machine learning models, and data science principles.
    • Excellent project management skills with a track record of successfully launching and managing complex products.
    • Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
    • Experience in conducting market research and developing product strategies.
    • Proficiency in using product management tools and software.
