    Manager, Workday Operations

    Location: BLR

    What we're looking for:

    An experienced Workday evangelist who will oversee a team of Workday Admins for the purpose of building, supporting, and maintaining a global, full platform Workday tenant. The Workday support team plays a key role in supporting our global business teams across Human Resources, Finance, Payroll, Technology, and Operations. The ideal candidate will oversee the day to day operations of our work and support response for our end-users, business stakeholders and partner tech teams. This role will also provide a keen focus of support to the immediate team through people leadership best practices that will ultimately support professional growth, opportunities to learn and mentorship. The ideal candidate has strong communication and interpersonal skills and enjoys working in a dynamic, global, team-oriented environment along with keen attention to detail and the ability to collaborate with a diverse group of internal customers.

    Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    • Manage a mid-size team of dedicated Workday support professionals whose functions include, but are not limited to, business process configuration, tenant set up, security maintenance, data loads, integrations, documentation and training.
    • Leverage knowledge of customer support principals, and best practices to provide best in class service to our internal customers and model same for the team
    • Manage relationships with vendors, as needed, for support of debugging issues
    • Manage prioritization of workflows against priorities and resources
    • Support Workday feature releases as needed
    • Accountability for executing test plans, while documenting results that will thoroughly exercise logic to ensure requirements are met
    • Collaborate with key individuals (internal and/or external) for end to end testing where needed and feasible.
    • Proactively work with product managers to identify, analyze and classify improvements needed, and understand impact cross functionally
    • Foster a meaningful, engaging work environment for a diverse team that will support a positive culture
    • Act as coach and mentor to support individuals as it relates to their career and professional growth

    Essential Skills & Requirements:

    • years' experience in Workday including configuration and integrations
    • 5+ years managing small to midsize global teams
    • Experience with ticketing systems, and enterprise collaboration tools
    • Proven track record in team management relating to prioritization of workflow, resource management and people skills.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills and strong customer service orientation
    • Candidates who possess HR, and/or finance experience are highly encouraged to apply
    • Ability to work in a dynamic and flexible environment
