    Role Overview:


    As the Chief of Staff in the Founder's Office at Fracktal Works, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Founder and CEO in executing strategic initiatives, managing day-to-day operations, and ensuring alignment across all levels of the organization.

    This role requires a dynamic and proactive individual with exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with ideally a deep understanding of the 3D printing industry and its ecosystem or similar/affiliated industries in Digital Fabrication/Manufacturing/Machining.


    Key Responsibilities:

    Strategic Planning:

    Collaborate with the Founder and CEO to develop and execute strategic plans that drive the company's growth and innovation agenda.


    Operational Management:
    Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Founder's Office, ensuring seamless coordination and communication across departments.

    Project Management:

    Lead and manage key projects and initiatives, from conception to implementation, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with company goals.


    Stakeholder Engagement:

    Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and representing the Founder's Office with professionalism and integrity.


    Executive Support:

    Provide high-level administrative support to the Founder and CEO, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and preparation of presentations and reports.


    Strategic Communications:

    Develop and execute effective communication strategies to keep employees, investors, and partners informed and engaged with the company's vision and objectives.


    Performance Monitoring:

    Monitor key performance metrics and provide regular updates to the Founder and CEO, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.


    Team Leadership:

    Build and lead a high-performing team within the Founder's Office, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to maximize individual and collective performance.


    Continuous Improvement:
    Identify opportunities for process optimization, efficiency gains, and organizational improvement, driving initiatives to enhance productivity and effectiveness.

    Compliance and Risk Management:

    Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards, and proactively identify and mitigate risks to the company's reputation and operations.


    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's and/or Masters degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field; Engineering degree preferred.
    • Proven experience in a leadership role, with a track record of driving strategic initiatives and managing complex projects in the 3D printing or manufacturing industry.
    • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop actionable insights.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
    • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
    • Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a focus on coaching, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams.
    • Proficiency in project management tools and software, as well as Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
