Roles and Responsibilities


We are looking for recruiters who have been working in the same area and can build relationship with the customers and consultants We are looking for a IT/NON IT Recruiter to join our HR department.


Should have experience of various selection process and must be able to conduct different type of interviews such as telephonic, Skype and personal.


Building New Network, maintaining client relationship, Preparing database initiating new contacts is Plus - Must have at least 3 months of experience in End to End Recruitment Process.


We are currently looking for a HR recruiter who will work closely with business to understand talent needs and develop a comprehensive hiring approach by levels by utilizing mix of channels to ensure timely closures in a cost effective and efficient manner.


Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent


Salary:
₹8, ₹15,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Performance bonus
  • Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Madurai,

Tamil Nadu:
Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)


Experience:


  • IT Recruiting: 1 year (preferred)
  • NON IT RECRUITER: 1 year (preferred)
