Job Overview

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team at Tech Mahindra As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients. This is a full-time position based in Mumbai Suburban, Maharashtra, India.

Qualifications and Skills

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively
Proficiency in using chat and communication tools
Phone etiquette and good listening skills
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Interpersonal skills and ability to work well within a team

Roles and Responsibilities

Responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner
Providing information about our services and guiding customers through the recruitment process
Assisting clients with any technical difficulties they may encounter
Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Collaborating with the recruitment team to ensure smooth communication and coordination
Identifying and escalating priority issues to the appropriate department
Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and latest industry trends
Providing feedback and suggestions for process improvements
Building strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
