    Description
    • Configure, manage, and maintain Palo Alto / FortiGate firewalls and related security appliances like FortiManager and Analyzer to ensure the security and performance of the network.
    • Monitor network traffic and security alerts, proactively investigating and responding to potential security incidents.
    • Provide tier-3 and tier-2 support for firewall related issues, performing in-depth troubleshooting and analysis.
    • Develop and maintain advanced security policies, URL profiles, UTM and other related services.
    • Should have fair understanding of Network Technology
    • Perform FortiOS upgrades and UTM updates post reviewing release document as per industry best practices.
    • Configure VPN technologies and remote access solutions.
    • Maintain detailed network documentation, including diagrams, configurations, and incident reports.

    Qualifications:

    • A bachelor's degree in a related field.
    • Significant experience with FortiGate products and deep knowledge of firewall configurations (certifications such as NSE 5 or NSE 6 are a plus).
    • Good communication skills.
