    Position :
    Security Support Engineer


    Location :
    Bangalore, Hyderabad, Noida

    Working Mode : 50% Work From Home (WFH) and 50% Work From Office (WFO)

    Shift Timings :
    Any shift between 06:30 AM IST to 10:30 PM IST (no shift after 10:30 PM)

    Experience : 4-7/8 years


    Notice Period :
    Immediate joiners preferred (Interviews will be expedited)


    Technical Must-Have Skills :

    • Experience in supporting security domain or products
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Endpoint Protection or Microsoft Defender (added advantage)
    • Familiarity with Sentinel or competitor products (AWS/Palo Alto)

    Good-to-Have Skills :

    • Domain knowledge of Windows/Linux and networking

    Job Description Summary :

    • We are seeking a qualified Security Support Engineer to join our team.
    • The ideal candidate should have a solid background in supporting security domain or products, with a focus on Microsoft Endpoint Protection or Microsoft Defender being advantageous.
    • Experience with Sentinel or competitor products such as AWS or Palo Alto will be highly beneficial.
    • As a Security Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, troubleshooting securityrelated issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of security systems.
    • Additionally, knowledge of Windows/Linux and networking will be considered an added advantage.
    • This position offers a flexible working environment with 50% work from home and 50% work from office arrangements.
    • Shift timings are flexible but fall between 06:30 AM IST to 10:30 PM IST, with no shifts scheduled after 10:30 PM.
