    Description

    Job Summary :
    We are seeking a skilled and motivated Data Engineer to design, develop, and maintain our data infrastructure.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data engineering, a passion for working with large datasets, and the ability to transform data into actionable insights.

    As a Data Engineer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity, availability, and security.


    Key Responsibilities :

    • Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes to ingest, process, and transform large volumes of data from various sources.
    • Develop and optimize data models and database structures to support efficient data storage and retrieval.
    • Implement data quality checks and monitoring to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
    • Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver reliable data solutions.
    • Integrate data from multiple sources, including APIs, databases, and thirdparty platforms.
    • Ensure data security and compliance with relevant regulations and best practices.
    • Develop and maintain documentation related to data pipelines, data models, and ETL processes.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve datarelated issues and performance bottlenecks.


    Qualifications :

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
    • Proven experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar role.
    • Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server).
    • Strong programming skills in Python.
    • Handson experience with PySpark for largescale data processing.
    • Experience with AWS cloud platform and its data services (e.g., S3, Redshift, EMR, RDS).
    • Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, Kafka) and data warehousing solutions (e.g., Redshift, BigQuery, Snowflake).
    Experience with ETL tools and frameworks (e.g., Apache NiFi, Talend, Informatica).

    • Knowledge of data modeling, data architecture, and data governance principles.
    • Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
    Preferred

    Qualifications :

    • Experience with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra).
    • Knowledge of machine learning frameworks and tools.
    • Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
    • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
