We are seeking a skilled and experienced Dispatch executive to join our team.

He will be responsible for overseeing the loading operations at our facility, ensuring efficiency, safety, and adherence to company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate loading activities to ensure timely and accurate loading of materials onto trucks or other transportation vehicles.
Plan and organize loading schedules to meet customer requirements and optimize operational efficiency.
Ensure that all loading procedures comply with safety regulations and company standards.
Train and mentor loading staff to ensure competency and adherence to best practices.
Inspect loading equipment regularly and report any maintenance or repair needs.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the procurement team to ensure adequate stock availability for loading.
Maintain accurate records of loading activities, including quantities loaded, destination, and delivery times.
Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the loading process in a timely and efficient manner.
Collaborate with other departments, such as logistics and production, to streamline loading processes and improve overall efficiency.
Stay updated on industry trends and developments related to loading operations and incorporate best practices into our operations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
Proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a similar industry.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures related to loading operations.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Pay:
₹10, ₹12,000.00 per month
