    Sales & Business Development Manager


    Responsibilities:
    As the Sales and Business Development Manager ,you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth, managing key accounts, and expanding our market presence in Goa


    Your responsibilities will include:

    Sales and Account Management:

    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
    • Manage a portfolio of key accounts, fostering strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
    • Identify new business opportunities and areas for growth within the assigned territory.

    Business Development:

    • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
    • Proactively seek and establish new business relationships to expand the company's customer base.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials and promotional campaigns.

    Target Achievement:

    • Set and achieve ambitious sales targets, driving the team towards success.
    • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to meet or exceed goals.
    • Prepare and present regular sales reports to the leadership team.

    Team Collaboration:

    • Work closely with crossfunctional teams, including marketing, production, and logistics, to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
    • Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team, fostering a collaborative and highperformance culture.

    Customer Focus:

    • Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery.
    • Address customer concerns and issues promptly to maintain strong relationships.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Proven experience of 510 years in sales, account management, and business development.
    • Demonstrated success in managing large accounts and achieving significant revenue targets.
    • Strong understanding of the plastic manufacturing industry is a plus.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
