    Roles and Rsponsibilities
  • Execute Tax Client Service Team's (CST) deliverables through effective delegation. Supervise and closely review service delivery, processes, and controls with the objective to ensure seamless support to CST
  • Drive CST satisfaction scores
  • Identification of ways to improve CST's productivity and Account mining
  • Internal and external stakeholder management (example-solving for ambiguous situations between CST and Analysts, conflict, and escalation management)
  • Awareness of Tax SBU's service offerings and collaboration with respective service lines
  • Ensure team is updated on information about changes in tax rules,schemes and policy
    • Service delivery
  • Delivering high quality work to CST in light of changing regulatory environment
    • Governance and MIS
  • Maintaining and reviewing of all operational and people metrics with PLs/Management regularly
  • Adhere to operational excellence norms on tickets
  • Time booking under appropriate client charge codes by team
    • Productivity Improvement
  • Maintaing optimal SLA and improving it regularly
  • Innovation- Suggest and implement
    • Qualifications
  • Qualified CA /Graduate with 2-3 years of Eperince in Transfer Pricing
  • Strong analytical ability
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Client relationship management
