    Syncious Systems Private Limited is a TUV Nord ISO/IEC 27001:2013 certified organization based in Pune. We deliver High-Performance Computing (HPC) and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure Management Platforms for complex computational workloads on Cloud HPC and On-Premises HPC. Our 'SyncHPC' platform enables users to deploy and manage cloud and on-premises HPC environments effectively and securely. 'SyncVDI' is our remote visualizer platform for CAD/CAE workloads on the cloud and workstation pool, enabling R&D groups to utilize high-end workstations and improve productivity.

    Role Description

    1. Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote Syncious's products/services

    2. Support the creation of marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, data sheets, and other promotional materials

    3. Contribute to the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, print, and social media

    4. Generate engaging content for marketing purposes, such as website copy, blog posts, articles, and case studies

    5. Manage social media accounts and execute social media marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and engagement

    6. Assist in organising and coordinating promotional events, including trade shows, conferences, webinars, and workshops

    7. Create visually appealing graphics and design assets for use in marketing materials and campaigns

    8. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats

    9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, and design, to align marketing activities with business objectives

    NOTE: The right candidate will be given full-time placement based on his/her performance in an internship.

    Qualifications

    1. MBA or equivalent in Marketing or related field

    2. bachelors degree in computer science/information technology/electronics/mechanical engineering or related technical discipline is preferred

    3. Proficiency in marketing tools and software like Canva, Photoshop, Mailchimp etc is a plus

    4. Ability to multitask and work effectively in a Start-up environment

    5. Knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing tools is a plus
