    Job Overview

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior CNC Programmer (Prima & Amada Programming) to join our team at DCS Group. As a Senior CNC Programmer, you will be responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC machines to produce high-quality precision parts. This is a full-time position based in Gurgaon, Haryana, India. The ideal candidate should have 7 to 10 years of experience in CNC programming using Prima & Amada software.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • 7 to 10 years of experience as a CNC Programmer, with expertise in Prima & Amada programming.
    • Proficiency in operating and setting up CNC machines.
    • In-depth knowledge of machining processes, including milling, drilling, and turning.
    • Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
    • Excellent programming skills using Prima & Amada software.
    • Familiarity with different types of materials and their machining characteristics.
    • Attention to detail and ability to work with tight tolerances.
    • Good problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
    • Effective communication and teamwork skills.

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Program, set up, and operate CNC machines to produce precision parts according to blueprints and specifications.
    • Review engineering drawings and determine the best machining methods and sequences.
    • Write and modify CNC programs using Prima & Amada software.
    • Ensure that machines are properly calibrated and maintained.
    • Perform routine quality control checks to ensure parts meet required specifications.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during machining operations.
    • Collaborate with engineers, production supervisors, and other team members to optimize production processes.
    • Train and mentor junior CNC programmers and machine operators.
    • Adhere to all safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work area.
