- Targetinga specific pool of low and medium usage from the existing set ofclients and ensure to maximise their product usage and callvolume
- Conductingregular QBR with the clients being targeted for the expansion orproduct usage and callvolume
- Maintainingthe retention rate of the existing clients as per the companybenchmark
- Workfrom office Nehruplace
- Sharingweekly and monthly reports with the reportingmanager
- Gettingcase studies and testimonials from the targeted pool ofclients
- Coordinatingwith the other departments meets the allottedbenchmarks
- Workingon the product metrics to get better understanding of the clientsto becontacted
- Provideadvanced training to the clients for the advanced and targetedfeatures
- Meeting/Emeetingclients depending on the client requirements for product trainingor any additionalrequirements
- Sharingweekly and monthly reports with the reportingmanager
- Provenexperience as an Account Executive or relevantrole
- ProficiencyinEnglish
- Excellentknowledge of MSOffice
