    Customer Success Executive - New Delhi, India - MyOperator

    Weare hiring for a passionate independent and ambitious accountmanagement professional with good communication skills andconfidence. Who can ensure his/her monthly targets by achievingdaily and weekly activity milestones. The CSM should be a goodlistener and be able to handle the customer s queries smartly. Heshould be open to learning and unlearn based on the situationaldemand.

    Thecandidate should be able to convince the client mostly throughcalls mails SMS and chats. She/He should be able to understand theMarket scenarios and should give the analytical feedback to his/her reportingmanager.

    KeyResponsibilityArea

    • Responsiblefor deriving major factors for expansion of revenue from theexisting clients. He/She should be able to achieve targets in thegiven timeline (Upgrades Referrals Renewals etc)
    • Targetinga specific pool of low and medium usage from the existing set ofclients and ensure to maximise their product usage and callvolume
    • Conductingregular QBR with the clients being targeted for the expansion orproduct usage and callvolume
    • Maintainingthe retention rate of the existing clients as per the companybenchmark
    • Workfrom office Nehruplace
    • Sharingweekly and monthly reports with the reportingmanager
    • Gettingcase studies and testimonials from the targeted pool ofclients
    • Coordinatingwith the other departments meets the allottedbenchmarks
    • Workingon the product metrics to get better understanding of the clientsto becontacted
    • Provideadvanced training to the clients for the advanced and targetedfeatures
    • Meeting/Emeetingclients depending on the client requirements for product trainingor any additionalrequirements
    • Sharingweekly and monthly reports with the reportingmanager


    Requirements

    • Provenexperience as an Account Executive or relevantrole
    • ProficiencyinEnglish
    • Excellentknowledge of MSOffice
    • Handsonexperience with CRM software is aplus
    • Thoroughunderstanding of marketing and negotiatingtechniques
    • Fastlearner and passion forsales
    • Selfmotivatedwith a resultsdrivenapproach
    • Aptitudein delivering attractivepresentations
