LOCATION:
MALAD EAST

EXPERIENCE:
GRADUATE WITH ATLEAST - 2 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE

JOB TIMINGS:
MONDAY TO SATURDAY WORKING WITH ALTERNATE SATURDAYS OFF)

SALARY STARTING FROM RS. 15000/- PER MONTH

Architect Requirements:

Degree in architecture or a related field.
Previous experience as an Architect preferred.
Excellent technical drawing skills.
Strong communication and project management skills.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and software programs such as AutoCAD, Revit, etc
Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
Knowledge of building codes and regulatory standards.
Strong creative and visualization skills.

Architect Responsibilities:

Coordinate with consultant architects, R.C.C Specialists & Elevation Architect of all on going projects.
Working on DCPR 203
Prepare New Project Reports & check its viability.
Check all Drawings & rectifications as required, in consultation with Municipal Architect, R.C.C Specialists & Site Engineers.
Brochure design for projects from sales point of view.
Prepare basic plan of new projects as required.
Selecting furnishes like Tiles, Sanitary wares & other finishing items of projects.
Keep the company updated with new architecture products, trend in market etc. as per company policies & vision of the Company.
Site Visits once in a week.
Follow up the progress of each site in consultation with Director.
Handling Team of Architects and Draughtsman.
Miscellaneous architectural work like lobby entrance, sample flats, ground work etc.
Any Other miscellaneous responsibilities as delegated by the Management.
