Key Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive audits of company operations, processes, and financial records to verify compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Contribute to the development and implementation of efficient compliance procedures and internal controls that mitigate risks and uphold operational integrity.

Collaborate with different teams to assess potential compliance discrepancies and formulate action plans for corrective measures.

Stay updated with relevant laws, regulations, and industry practices to maintain the currency of the company's compliance strategies.
Create detailed audit reports, outlining discoveries, suggestions, and areas necessitating improvement.

Oversee and monitor the progress of corrective actions, ensuring timely resolution of compliance-related issues.

Support in the preparation of compliance training materials and conduct training sessions for employees when necessary.
Participate in cross-functional initiatives aimed at enhancing the company's overall performance.
Promote a culture of compliance consciousness and ethical conduct across the organization.

Qualifications and Skills:
Graduation in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field. Relevant certifications (such as CIA, CISA) would be advantageous.

Demonstrated experience of 4 to 8 years in audit and compliance roles, preferably within regulated sectors.

Proficiency in relevant laws, regulations, and compliance standards.

Profound analytical capabilities and attention to detail, enabling the identification of trends and patterns.
