Votre mission :
Gérer les opérations quotidiennes en respectant les indicateurs de performance (KPI) et les objectifs de performance (KPO) définis.
Garantir une qualité de service excellente.
Assurer la rentabilité maximale de l'entreprise et la meilleure marge opérationnelle possible.
Gérer l'équipe (organisation, planification, motivation et formation de l'équipe des opérations et des chauffeurs, y compris certaines tâches administratives liées à la gestion des dispatchers et des chauffeurs en coordination avec la direction).
Superviser l'équipe du service client et des ventes
Gérer la flotte de véhicules.
S'occuper des achats (négociation, contractualisation et résolution de problèmes avec les partenaires, fournisseurs locaux, sous-traitants et fournisseurs internationaux).
Résoudre les incidents (gestion immédiate et résolution adéquate des problèmes et incidents).
Développer et mettre en œuvre des plans de ressources (chauffeurs, véhicules, fournisseurs externes, et personnel) alignés avec les objectifs stratégiques de l'entreprise.
Recruter, sélectionner, contractualiser et former les chauffeurs et autres membres du personnel en fonction des besoins de l'entreprise.
Développer et mettre en œuvre des programmes d'efficacité (planification, équipes de travail, utilisation des ressources externes, utilisation des ressources chauffeurs et véhicules) pour améliorer l'efficacité opérationnelle.
Organiser et préparer des offres pour des événements importants et des délégations en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe des opérations et assurer le suivi en coordination avec les commerciaux.
Requirements
Autonome et polyvalent.
Organisé et fiable.
Sens aigu des responsabilités et excellentes compétences en prise de décision.
Maîtrise de l'anglais et du français. Le néerlandais est un avantage.
Excellente approche client, idéalement avec une expérience en gestion des relations clients et en gestion de la satisfaction client.
Expérience avérée en gestion d'équipe et capacité à inspirer et influencer les performances individuelles.
Capacité à mettre en œuvre des programmes de formation et de communication internes efficaces pour améliorer le service client et la connaissance des produits.
Compétences en calcul et en lecture, compréhension des principes de marge et de rentabilité.
Grande précision et attention aux détails, sans jamais perdre de vue la qualité et l'excellence du service.
