    About the role

    slice is looking for skilled Product Managers who are passionate about building robust payments and banking solutions and solving digital payment problems for young Indians. If you are thrilled to be part of a growing payment space and like building tech products that create a visible impact on millions of customers, we would like to meet you.

    What You will do

    • Work with slice leadership and cross-functional teams to define the strategic direction and take tactical decisions.
    • Drive towards both short-term and long-term goals, defining and prioritizing the product roadmap.
    • Define and track key performance indicators and obsess about continuous product improvement
    • Deliver impactful and time-bound results by getting hands on with all aspects of product development and leading by example.
    • Engage with internal and external stakeholders and lead cross functional teams to solve problems and drive results.
    • Evaluate the impact of regulations, market dynamics and customer needs analysis on the products.

    What you will need

    • At least 2+ years Product Management experience and strong expertise and experience in payment processing, understanding of the market landscape and banking regulations
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a talent for precise articulations of customer problems
    • Creative thinking and excellent skills to collaborate across the company with engineering, analytics, marketing, design and sales
    • Super power to turn incomplete, conflicting, or ambiguous inputs into solid action plans
