    About The Role

    We are looking for a Content Executive motivated and knowledgeable individual, who has experience with producing content to join the Professional Services team. The role in a nutshell:

    This in an excellent opprortunity for an applicant to join the Professional Services Team and make a positive impact across the business by helping marketing and operation teams to achieve operational excellence.

    What you'll be doing:
  • Create learning material for our SharePoint Site – User Guides, Release Notes, PPTs
  • Work with Product Teams to understand requirements for new releases and create appropriate learning material
  • Assist the CMS and CRM consultants in creating and editing learning material
    • What we need from you:
  • Able to understand technical release notes and make them more user-friendly
  • Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills (Office365)
  • Ability to clearly communicate in oral and written form, and deal effectively with diverse groups
  • Ability to set priorities, manage time, organize work, and meet deadlines independently
