    RoleWeare seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join ourdynamic team at Freight Forwarding and Logistics Firm. The SalesManager will play a crucial role in driving sales growth developingstrategic business relationships and expanding our market presencein the freight forwarding and logisticsindustry.
    Responsibilities:
    • SalesStrategy Development: Devise and implement effective salesstrategies to achieve company objectives and revenuetargets.
    • Business Development: Identify andpursue new business opportunities markets and clients within thefreight forwarding and logisticsindustry.
    • Client Relationship Management: Buildand maintain strong relationships with key clients addressing theirneeds and ensuring high levels of satisfaction to foster longtermpartnerships.
    • Team Leadership: Lead and mentorthe sales team providing guidance motivation and support to achieveindividual and team sales goals.
    • MarketResearch: Stay updated on industry trends competitor activities andmarket conditions to identify opportunities for growth andadaptation.
    • Sales Performance Analysis: Monitorsales metrics and performance indicators analyze data and generatereports to evaluate sales effectiveness and inform strategicdecisions.
    • Collaboration: Work closely withcrossfunctional teams such as operations customer service andfinance to ensure seamless service delivery and support toclients.
    • Compliance and Documentation: Ensurecompliance with industry regulations and maintain accurate salesdocumentation andrecords.

    Candidate:
    • ProvenExperience: Minimum of 1 year of successful sales experience in thefreight forwarding logistics or related industry with a trackrecord of meeting or exceeding salestargets.
    • Leadership Skills: Demonstratedability to lead and inspire a sales team to achievegoals.
    • Industry Knowledge: Indepthunderstanding of freight forwarding and logistics operationsindustry trends and marketdynamics.
    • Communication Skills: Excellentverbal and written communication skills with the ability toeffectively interact with clients negotiate contracts and presentproposals.
    • Analytical Skills: Strong analyticaland problemsolving skills with the ability to interpret sales dataand trends to drive informeddecisions.
    • Customer Focus: A customercentricapproach with a commitment to delivering highquality service andbuilding strong clientrelationships.
