    Job Description :
    We are seeking a skilled Technical Project Manager to join our team.

    • The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering various technical projects within the organization.
    • This individual will work closely with crossfunctional teams to ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget while meeting quality standards.

    Responsibilities :

    • Lead the delivery of projects and services according to client requirements and contractual agreements.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations.
    • Define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and project teams.
    • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.
    • Coordinate resources, including team members, vendors, and subcontractors, to ensure project success.
    • Communicate project objectives, status updates, and risks to stakeholders.
    • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues in a timely manner.
    Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing issues and risks as they arise.

    • Lead project meetings, including kickoff meetings, status meetings, and postmortems.
    • Collaborate with technical teams to define project requirements and deliverables.
    • Monitor project progress and performance against key metrics.
    • Ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies.
    • Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
    • Foster a collaborative and productive working environment within the project team.
    • Communicate regularly with clients and stakeholders to provide project updates and address concerns.
    • Lead project review meetings and postproject evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
    • Provide leadership and guidance to team members throughout the project lifecycle.

    Qualifications :

    • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
    • Proven experience managing technical projects, preferably in a software development environment.
    • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

    • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
    • PMP or other project management certification is a plus.
    • Experience working with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders.
