    Description
    Market Researcher at Novo Nordisk

    • Drive the preparation of high-quality market research for key products, portfolios, and areas of interest for the US market.
    • Responsible for vendor management, challenging them with methodology, cost, processes, etc. to improve project output.
    • Deliver best-in-class customer insight analyses to support senior management in decision-making.
    • Develop strong partnerships with key stakeholders across NNI US.
    • Collaborate with global customer insights counterparts to ensure alignment and targets achievement.
    • Ensure market research projects meet US organization standards.

    Qualifications:
    - Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Sociology, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related fields.
    - 8+ years of experience in market research or as a management consultant, client-facing capacity.
    - International experience is a plus.
    - Demonstrated experience in delivering strategic insights, identifying growth opportunities, and using qualitative and quantitative insights.
    - Strong project and stakeholder management skills.
    - Excellent communication and relationship management.
    - Strong analytical skills and ability to process complex information.
    - Ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously and work independently.
