Description
Conduct outbound calls to prospective B2B clients using a provided list or database.

  • Introduce our products/services to potential clients and explain how they can benefit their businesses.
  • Identify the needs and challenges of prospective clients and offer tailored solutions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure longterm satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Follow up on leads and inquiries generated through various channels.
  • Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Keep accurate records of interactions and sales activities using CRM software.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to strategize approaches and improve sales processes.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a telecaller or sales representative, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to articulate product/service features and benefits effectively.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Resultsoriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Pay:
Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
