    Responsibilities
    Post and process journal entries to ensure all businesstransactions are recorded Good workingknowledge of GST Returns preparation.
    Prepare GST Reconciliation Statements and comparison of mismatch inITC Like GST 2A & 2Bwith the book smonthly basis. Preparation of GST 9& 9C Report Having working knowledgeof TDS Returns Calculation and deposit withGovt. Having Working Knowledge of Form 15CA& CB and remittance. Having workingknowledge in Software s like Tally PrimeWebtel. Excellent knowledge of MS Excel(Vlookup Index and Pivot).

    Update accountsreceivable and issue invoices Updateaccounts payable and perform reconciliationsAssist in the processing of balance sheets income statements andother financial statementsaccording to legaland company accounting and financialguidelines Assist with reviewing of expensespayroll records etc.

    as assigned Updatefinancial data in databases to ensure that information will beaccurate andimmediately available whenneeded Prepare and submit weekly/monthlyreports Assist senior accountants in thepreparation of monthly/yearly closingsAssist with other accountingprojects
    Requirements

    Proven experience as a junior accountantExcellent organizing abilities Greatattention to detail Good with numbers andfigures and an analytical acum and Good understanding of accountingand financial reporting principles andpracticesPlease note that this JD is anoverview of the major responsibilities.
