    Description
    • Develop andcommunicate a clear strategic vision for the plant aligned with theorganizations goals and objectives. Lead and inspire the plant teamto achieve excellence in bus body manufacturing customization andinnovation.
    • Overseethe customization process of bus bodies according to clientspecifications ensuring that all design requirements and regulatorystandards are met. Collaborate closely with clients and internalteams to translate customizations into practical manufacturingprocesses.
    • Develop andimplement production plans that balance customization demands withefficient manufacturing processes. Optimize production schedulesworkflows and resource utilization to meet delivery timelines whilemaintaining highqualitystandards.
    • Utilizeyour technical expertise in bus body engineering and manufacturingto provide guidance and support to the production team. Stayupdated on industry trends emerging technologies and regulatoryrequirements to drive innovation andcompliance.
    • Implementrigorous quality assurance measures throughout the productionprocess to ensure that all bus bodies meet or exceed customerexpectations and regulatory standards. Conduct regular inspectionsand audits to identify areas for improvement and address qualityissues promptly.
    • Overseerelationships with suppliers and vendors of raw materialscomponents and equipment. Negotiate contracts monitor performanceand ensure timely delivery of materials to support productionschedules and minimizedisruptions.
    • Foster a culture ofcontinuous learning and development within the plant team. Providecoaching training and mentorship to employees to enhance theirskills and competencies in bus body manufacturing andcustomization
    • Developand manage the plant budget effectively monitoring expenses andidentifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiencyimprovements. Implement cost control measures while maintainingproduct quality and customersatisfaction.
