    Description

    Job Title: Purchase Executive (preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry)

    Experience: 2+ Years in Purchasing in Pharma Company

    Company: Brinton Pharmaceuticals Ltd.

    Location: Pune

    Education: Any Graduation

    Responsibilities:

    Vendor Management: Identify, evaluate, and engage with suppliers to ensure the best quality products and services at competitive prices.

    Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers to optimize pricing, delivery schedules, and payment terms while maintaining quality standards.

    Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments to maintain optimal stock levels while minimizing excess inventory.

    Quality Assurance: Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to ensure that all purchased products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.

    Supplier Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to facilitate smooth communication and resolve any issues that may arise.

    Cost Management: Implement cost-saving initiatives and strategies to improve procurement processes and reduce overall expenses.

    Documentation: Maintain comprehensive records of procurement activities, contracts, and supplier agreements.

    Skills Required:

    Education: Any Graduation

    Proven experience in procurement, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.

    Strong negotiation skills and ability to analyze supplier proposals effectively.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
