    What you will do:
    Experience in working in Internal IT helpdesk teams

    End user IT Support for hardware and software management, Inventory management, User accounts management.

    Address user tickets regarding hardware, software and networking - especially handling escalations and providing the right solution to End-user.

    Networking management such as Routing,switching and Firewall.

    Remote Support for Upgrading, installing, and configuring new hardware and software to meet company objectives and security requirements.

    Customize Operating systems to adhere to company standard Images

    Record technical issues and solutions in tickets

    Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel

    Follow up with end users to ensure their systems are functional

    Report customer feedback and potential product requests

    Help create technical documentation and manuals

    Configure and maintain a company's Laptop's,network's and IT infrastructure including Access Card Issues,Asset Management and admin related tasks.

    Track User creation, Deletion and updation

    Good to



    have:

    Hands-on experience in Okta, Confluence, JIRA,Jumpcloud,Sophos,Sprinto,Jamf and Datapass setting up and user authentication.

    Experienced in configuring, installing and troubleshooting Wireless, VPN and Network-Printers

    Knowledge on automating routine system admin tasks using batch files.

    Understanding of 2FA, MFA

    User Management and Basic Knowledge on Cloud computing services(AWS,Azure).

    Microsoft Entra and Intune.

    Must

    have:


    Proven work experience as a Desktop Support Engineer, Technical Support Engineer or similar role - In depth knowledge on Windows 10,11, O365,Windows Server 2019,2022 and G-suite.

    Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments - Well versed with installation, configuration and troubleshooting of windows 10, and MAC OS (monterey/ventura/Sonoma)

    Working knowledge of office automation products and computer peripherals, like printers and scanners

    Knowledge of network security practices and anti-virus programs

    Experience with TCP/IP and basic networking issues

    Ability to perform remote troubleshooting and provide clear instructions

    Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills

    Customer-oriented attitude

    Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, information systems, or similar.

    Applicable professional qualification, such as Microsoft, Oracle, or Cisco certification.(if available)

    Requirements

    What we are looking for: 7 + years of hands-on experience as a DevOps & Cloud A person who has experience in assisting/helping to architect, design and develop Cloud & DevOps practices on one or more cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP) Must be an expert in implementing CI & CD pipeline with various DevOps tool sets.

    Should be able to evaluate, implement, and streamline the DevOps practices for the clients thereby speeding up the software development and deployment process Hands-on experience with CI & CD tools(like Jenkins, SonarQube, Artifactory/ Nexus), Source Control (like Git- Bit bucket, Github, Git lab/SVN etc.) Experience in creating continuous delivery practices by using Terraform/ARM Templates/Cloud Formation.

    Must possess excellent knowledge of infrastructure configuration & automation tools (like Ansible) in both development and production environments Should possess the experience in designing & building applications using container & serverless technologies.

    Kubernetes expertise is a must have and knowledge on Service Mesh, Tracing, Helm Charts etc would be an added advantage.

    Must have strong expertise in operating Linux environments and scripting languages like Shell. Good presentation and communications skills. Be willing to be challenged and learn new skills.
