    Description

    Senior Executive- Content Marketing

    Objectives of this role:

    1. Drive 360-degree content marketing initiatives across the app, website, and social media platforms.
    2. Plan, execute, and monitor short-form copywriting, including social media posts and mobile notifications.
    3. Lead long-form content marketing campaigns encompassing blogs, articles, and ebooks.
    4. Contribute to the high-quality execution of video-based content marketing strategies.
    5. Collaborate closely with internal and external agency partners to develop and implement specific aspects of the content strategy. This includes drafting creative and tactical briefs, facilitating asset creation, and providing guidance to ensure optimal creative outcomes.
    6. Innovate new content formats, topics, and relevant tactics to catalyse user engagement.
    7. Conduct rapid experimentation, analyse data outcomes, and continuously optimise to achieve goals.

    Skills and Qualifications

    1. Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing, mass communications, or English literature.
    2. 4-5 years of experience in content marketing within the insurance or BFSI sectors.
    3. Demonstrated ability to grasp and comprehend complex subject matter quickly.
    4. Thorough understanding of an effective multi-channel approach throughout the customer journey, spanning social media, digital platforms, traditional media, and content marketing.
    5. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
    6. Proven capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a focus on prioritisation.
