    JobDescription:

    Weare looking for a candidate with experience in SF ReportingImplementation ideally having worked on at least one project. Thecandidate should possess a comprehensive understanding of PeopleStories WFA Adhoc reports among other reportingaspects.

    Requirements

    Responsibilities:
    • Assistclients in addressing critical HR Reporting challenges and helpthem leverage HR dataeffectively.
    • Facilitaterequirements gathering and design sessions withstakeholders.
    • Aidin defining requirements creating technical specificationsconducting data flow analysis and conducting/documenting unittesting for reportdevelopment.
    • Proficiencyin documenting technical design documents using appropriatetemplates.
    • Functionalexpertise in developing reports within SAP SFmodules.
    • Handsonexperience with SF People Analytics tools such as Story CanvasTiles and DashboardReports.
    • Abilityto analyze standard outofthebox reports align them with legacyreports and develop custom reports asneeded.
    • Guideclients on key performance indicators (KPIs) and assist in derivingmeaningfulinsights.
