Inspiration Group of companies is looking out for an admin and accounts manager who could fulfil the following responsibilities:

Job description:

  • Ensuring the office is stocked with necessary supplies and that all equipment is working and properly maintained.
  • Planning, scheduling, and promoting office events, including meetings, conferences, interviews, orientations, and training sessions.
  • Collecting, organizing, and storing information using computers and filing systems.
  • Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
  • Document financial transactions by entering account information
  • Substantiate financial transactions by auditing documents
  • Produce errorfree accounting reports and present their results.
  • Provide accurate, timely, and relevant recording, reporting, and analysis of financial information.
  • Assist with and act as the primary pointofcontact for auditor requests
  • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
- maintain day to day billing of receipts and expenses.

  • Provide standard clerical duties as assigned, including faxing, copying, mailing, and communicating with clients.
  • Ensures a safe, secure, and wellmaintained facility that meets environmental, health, and security standards.
  • Manages the maintenance and repair of machinery, equipment, and electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Organize meeting schedules for various departments.
  • Create written and typed reports, including memos and business letters.
  • Help organize small to large scale events and provide ongoing assistance during events.
  • Assist in handling of human resources activities, including payroll and personnel databases.

Skill Set:


  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field may be preferred
  • 13 years of experience working in an office setting and performing clerical work
  • Advanced knowledge of productivity tools, including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong familiarity with office communication tools, such as Microsoft Outlook and modern phone systems.
  • Experience with creating financial statements
  • Experience with general ledger functions and the monthend/yearend close process

Salary:
₹18, ₹22,000.00 per month
