Inspiration Group of companies is looking out for an admin and accounts manager who could fulfil the following responsibilities:Job description:
- Ensuring the office is stocked with necessary supplies and that all equipment is working and properly maintained.
- Planning, scheduling, and promoting office events, including meetings, conferences, interviews, orientations, and training sessions.
- Collecting, organizing, and storing information using computers and filing systems.
- Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
- Document financial transactions by entering account information
- Substantiate financial transactions by auditing documents
- Produce errorfree accounting reports and present their results.
- Provide accurate, timely, and relevant recording, reporting, and analysis of financial information.
- Assist with and act as the primary pointofcontact for auditor requests
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
- Provide standard clerical duties as assigned, including faxing, copying, mailing, and communicating with clients.
- Ensures a safe, secure, and wellmaintained facility that meets environmental, health, and security standards.
- Manages the maintenance and repair of machinery, equipment, and electrical and mechanical systems.
- Organize meeting schedules for various departments.
- Create written and typed reports, including memos and business letters.
- Help organize small to large scale events and provide ongoing assistance during events.
- Assist in handling of human resources activities, including payroll and personnel databases.
Skill Set:
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field may be preferred
- 13 years of experience working in an office setting and performing clerical work
- Advanced knowledge of productivity tools, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong familiarity with office communication tools, such as Microsoft Outlook and modern phone systems.
- Experience with creating financial statements
- Experience with general ledger functions and the monthend/yearend close process
Salary:
₹18, ₹22,000.00 per month
