Purpose of the role:

The role is accountable for overall process governance within SKF process guidelines, framework, and tools in process scope

Your day-to-day work/ Key Responsibilities:

Accountable for implementation of process changes within the process scope, responsible for identifying topics for crossprocess alignment
Identify business requirements relation to process design and reengineering
Identify improvement opportunities and to drive change management, continuous improvement, optimization, and automation of process
Accountable/responsible for identifying competency needs and planning competency development
Support implementation of defined process measurements

We expect you to have:

Strong understanding of O2C processes and process development, and expertise of processes in own process scope
Experience in O2C process
Process deployment, project and change management skills
High level communication, negotiation, networking and team management skills
Capability to facilitate and drive change with a global mindset
Team player and able to work collaboratively
Experience with MS Office required and superior understanding of Finance systems/ERP
Strong written and verbal communication and analytical skills
Ability to challenge the standard/Status-Quo to secure accounting and improve processes. Open minded when it comes to changes

Academic & Work Profile:

MBA/Bachelor's degree with a specialization in accounting
8+ years' experience within
O2C working on
process transformation, reengineering & automation:
Ability to influence colleagues at all levels in the organization
Strong presentation skills necessary
Experience of working in a Manufacturing Setup/ Exposure working in a Shared services Centre will be an added advantage
