Detailed description:
Execution of Agile transformation plans

Executes the transformation plan by working with the Product Owners and Scrum Masters.

Monitors the progress of the teams against the plan

Ensure adaption of common agile ceremonies & artifacts

Coach the teams

Overall Agile practices maturity increase across the scrum and program teams.

Drives the skill and mindset change of the teams.

Coach the teams to change from an escalation-based push mode of execution to KPI based pull mode of execution

Reporting and documentation


Measure the effectiveness of agile transformation of the teams over a 90 period and report to relevant stakeholders with action plans.

Key Experience required:


  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Master's preferred)
  • Extensive experience in software engineering.
  • Project management/scrum roles experience in large multi team projects
  • Experience as an Agile coach
  • Agile Certified Professional (ACP), Scrum Master and Lean certifications
  • AUTOSPICE experience.
  • Automotive experience
  • Experience on Complex Device Driver or Device Driver / Power Supplies / Power CDD / Boot Up / Power Up / Power Down / Sleep or Low Power Mode Management
