    Overview

    The AssistantProperty Manager plays a crucial role in supporting the efficientmanagement and operations of the property. They assist the PropertyManager in various tasks including property maintenance tenantrelations financial management and administrative functions. Thisposition is essential for ensuring that properties arewellmaintained tenants are satisfied and financial goals aremet.

    KeyResponsibilities

    • Assist in overseeingdaytoday operations of the property
    • Coordinatemaintenance and repairs with vendors and maintenancestaff
    • Communicate with tenants and addresstheir concerns or requests
    • Assist with leaseadministration including lease renewals new leases and rentcollection
    • Support the Property Manager infinancial reporting and budgeting
    • Participatein regular property inspections and ensure compliance withregulations
    • Help to develop and implementproperty marketing strategies
    • Assist in theprocurement and management of property supplies andequipment
    • Support the Property Manager in riskmanagement and emergency responseplanning
    • Contribute to the development andmaintenance of positive tenantrelations

    RequiredQualifications

    • Bachelors degree inReal Estate Business Administration or relatedfield
    • 2 years of experience in propertymanagement or real estate
    • Strong understandingof property management principles andpractices
    • Proficiency in property managementsoftware and Microsoft Office suite
    • Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills
    • Abilityto analyze financial reports and perform basic financialcalculations
    • Knowledge of local real estateregulations and leasing laws
    • Provenorganizational and time managementabilities
    • Capability to handle multiple tasksand prioritize effectively
    • Strongproblemsolving and decisionmakingskills
