TransUnion's Job Applicant Privacy NoticeWhat We'll Bring:
The BFS back-office coordinator will be responsible for the non-customer facing actions to fulfil a client data breach event as well as coordinating and giving timely updates to all stakeholders.
What You'll Bring:
- Receives instruction from Sales or Breach IC with all relevant actions
- Agent creates and sends links to sales for secure file transfer
- Receives data and notification letters/documents
- Coordinates data cleansing if required.
- Instructs the relevant contact center (internal or external) and provides FAQ to agents
- Provides regular feedback and updates to Sales/IC on the status of the notification and set up of the contact center.
- Understands BFS services requirements and keeps tight controls on cases and task management.
- Maintains a consistently high level of knowledge regarding BFS products, services, and tools.
- Understands and consistently demonstrates knowledge of specific BFS business processes when performing all backoffice BFS operations work.
- Maintains a solid understanding of breach and data privacy knowledge
- Works with QA and Team Lead to improve individual performance based on feedback and coaching, to ensure that a highquality work product is delivered to T&E customers and consumers.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Impact You'll Make:
- 13 years of experience in an coordination/operations job role or customer care/support job role.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Must be selfmotivated and a selfstarter.
- Demonstrate attention to detail in all work completed.
- Proactively works to improve knowledge and adherence to company processes and procedures.
- Collaborates well with others in a teamoriented work environment.
- Adapts well to change and can adjust priorities as needed.
- Displays time management skills to properly followup on in progress work, while balancing new work assigned through our operations work queues.
