    Therole:

    TheEngineering desk has a current set up of clients and vacancieshowever there is ample opportunity for this to be developed quitequickly by the right person. Anyone coming from competitor couldeasily fulfil their 6 months contract restrictions by growing theexisting client base and then go full steam ahead with their priorconnections once they are clear of their previous employerscovenants.

    Youwill be given the opportunity to grow the Engineering desk into amultiple person division (this has been done by others in thecompany within their own sectors) and you will be the driving forcebehind every aspect of the expansion which could include hiringteams in other locations in line with the company s expansionplans.

    Therole holds the title of Divisional Head from day 1 and as suchinterested candidates should be looking for a career not just a job.

    Idealcandidate:

    Experience of mentoring or managing other recruitment consultantsor resourcing supportstaff

    Strong knowledge of Engineering recruitment in anydiscipline

    Full drivinglicence

    Ambition to carve out your own team anddivision
