    Social Media Specialist (Full-time & On Site)

    Position: Social Media Specialist

    Location: Kabes Media Office, Jakkur, Bangalore North

    Job Type: Full-time (6 months probation period)

    Schedule: Full-time, six days a week

    Salary Range: ₹3,00,000 to ₹4,00,000, complemented by a performance-based variable pay of up to 10%.

    Start Date: May 01, 2024

    Notice Period: 1 month

    Job Description:

    Join Kabes Media as a Full-Time Social Media Specialist and play a key role in our dynamic marketing team. Your mission is to manage and grow our presence across various social media platforms, including those of our clients. This position requires a blend of creativity and analytical skills to tailor content that resonates with different audiences, driving engagement and enhancing brand visibility.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement social media strategies for Kabes Media and client accounts.
    • Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, and written) across multiple social media platforms.
    • Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a "Social" way while cultivating leads and sales.
    • Analyze key metrics and tweak strategy as needed.
    • Compile reports showing results (ROI).
    • Stay current with social media trends and tools – includes attending networking and educational events, reading blogs, and listening to podcasts.

    Requirements:

    • At least two years of experience in social media management, covering a range of platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, , and TikTok.
    • Proficiency in content creation tools and social media management software.
    • Strong understanding of social media metrics and tools to analyze and optimize campaign performance.
    • Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
    • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media, or Public Relations preferred.
