- Answer incoming calls from prospective customers and address their inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Make outbound calls to follow up on leads and set up appointments for the sales team.
- Keep accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in the provided database.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team targets.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met effectively.
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate information to customers.
- Handle customer objections and provide suitable solutions or escalate as needed.
- Participate in training sessions to continuously improve your sales skills and techniques.
- No prior experience required; freshers are welcome to apply.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and professional phone voice.
- Ability to engage and build rapport with potential customers.
- Strong active listening skills to understand customer needs and concerns.
- Basic computer skills to navigate the customer database and other software tools.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a desire to achieve and exceed targets.

- Fluency in the local language(s) is preferred.
- The salary package for this position is in the range of 10,000 to 12,000 INR per month.
