    Job Description


    As an ERP Business Development Executive, your primary responsibility will be to identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software solutions.

    You will be tasked with understanding client needs, proposing suitable ERP solutions, and building strong relationships to drive revenue growth.


    Key Responsibilities:

    Prospecting and Lead Generation:

    • Identify and qualify potential clients through research, networking, and cold calling.
    • Generate new leads and opportunities for ERP software solutions.

    Client Engagement:

    • Conduct consultations with prospective clients to understand their business needs and challenges.
    • Present ERP solutions tailored to the specific requirements of each client.

    Proposal Development:

    • Prepare and deliver persuasive proposals and presentations that effectively communicate the value proposition of the ERP solutions offered.

    Negotiation and Closing:

    • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to secure new business.
    • Close sales and achieve revenue targets within specified timeframes.

    Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
    • Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients throughout the implementation process.

    Requirements



    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
    • Proven track record of success in sales, particularly in selling ERPs or software solutions.
    • Strong understanding of ERP concepts and industry trends.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.

    Additional Skills (Preferred):

    • Experience with specific ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
    • Knowledge of various industries and their unique ERP requirements.
    Requirements

    Skills self-motivation and a competitive, results-driven attitude confident presentation skills and a professional telephone manner stamina, resilience and the ability to work well under pressure time-management skills and the ability to prioritize your workload Strong knowledge of the IT industry and the needs of enterprise customers.

    Experience and Qualification Bachelors in relevant or similar field 0 to 1 year experience (Preferred)
