    Role Overview:

    We are seeking a talented and innovative Product - Visual Designer to join our team. As a Product - Visual Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning and user-centric designs for our digital products. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and other designers to deliver exceptional user experiences.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Design Creation: Develop visually appealing and intuitive designs for digital products, including websites, mobile apps, and other digital platforms.
    2. User Experience: Collaborate with UX designers to ensure designs are user-centric and meet the needs of our target audience.
    3. Prototyping: Create interactive prototypes to demonstrate design concepts and functionality, incorporating user feedback and testing results into design iterations.
    4. Brand Consistency: Maintain brand consistency across all design elements, ensuring that designs align with brand guidelines and standards.
    5. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable design solutions.
    6. Design System Development: Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems, patterns, and libraries to streamline design workflows and ensure consistency across products.
    7. Visual Assets: Produce high-quality visual assets, including icons, illustrations, and graphics, to enhance the overall user experience.
    8. Feedback Integration: Gather feedback from users, stakeholders, and team members to iterate and improve designs throughout the development process.
    9. Trend Awareness: Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge in design.

    Requirements:

    1. Education: Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Communication Design, Product Design, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
    2. Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in visual/product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing design projects and expertise in UI/UX design principles.
    3. Creativity: Strong creative and conceptual thinking skills, with the ability to translate ideas into visually compelling designs.
    4. Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and incorporate feedback into design iterations.
    5. Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality design solutions that address user needs and business goals.
    6. Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a flexible approach to design challenges and project requirements.
    7. Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, including UI/UX design, visual design, and design process/documentation examples.

    Technical Skills:

    1. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite etc.
    2. Experience with prototyping tools like InVision, Adobe XD, or similar.
    3. Knowledge of HTML/CSS, JavaScript, or other front-end technologies is a plus.
